I bought a power lift recliner for my mother and 16 days later it brakes by getting stuck in the recliner position. Fortunately, my mother was not using it at the time or else she would have been stuck in it.

I called the store and they said they would call me back, no call. Then I called myself and they gave me a service date of 2 weeks later and on a Monday no set time. I asked for a weekend they don’t do weekends. I work on the opposite side of town so that was not an option through the work week.

They refuse to take it as a return and will only send a tech. My hands are completely tied on this situation and they do not care.

Furniture can break.

They're not obligated to accommodate your schedule.

If it's your mother's chair, where is she all day ?

There's nobody in your life who could hang out at your place to let them in ?

Complaint - denied.
