Customer serevice did not assist to repair mattress, very rude.

I purchased a mattress a little over a year ago. It was sagging on both sides and a big hump in the middle. I called customer service, and they sent out a rep to access the mattress. I called in a few days and was told because there was a slight stain the warranty was voided. I explained that I was not told that at the tiome of purchase Al the sales rep. explained was they if the mattress sagged i could have it replaced or repaired within a 10 year period, no limit. I asked the customer service rep, Clare to give me the supervisors name and number, she explained that he would say the same thing. I asked again for hids name and number, Raymond. I also asked for his supervisor name, Clare laughted and I told her it was not funny. She put me on hold. Clare, returned to the phone and told me that Raymond's supervisor name was Sid. i have left several messages for both of them, no return call. The actually manufacture did honor the warranty. We took it there and will be without a mattress because Bel will not return my calls to get a loaner. I do appriciuuate there help but Bel has horrable customer service.

Everyone says "oh they have bad customer service " as soon as they don't hear or get it their way. People get a life!!!

the whole world doesn't revolve around what you want or expect.

If everyone would get it their way there would be no point in ever owning your own business. Selfish people like you who think because you are the paying customer you are always right knowing *** well you are not.

No one told you? Are you kidding?

I always read the warranty information. I don't wait for my butt to be wiped. I do my homework and you should too. I bet it came with a warranty card or tag on the mattress, but I guess you are way too busy to read such trivia.

Why are you complaining now when you should have done what any responsible consumer should.

It is your money and you waste it by not doing what you should have in the first place. I learned my lesson the hard way too, but never again as I am responsible on HOW I spend.

Bel furniture will not pick up their damaged furniiture.

Bell furniture delivered damaged mdse. to me and when it was delivered, I tried to get them to take it back, but they refused. The next morning I called the store, and they had already sent it to the bank. They only want your money, but they don't care if you are a satisfied customer or not. What a way to do business.I was not advised that this would be turned over to a bank for payment.I was in the store for at least two hours, and they had nothing else I wanted, but they wanted me to exchange it for something else.

What did you really expect them to hold your money and not put it in the bank. Are you for real?

And not advise you? Who are you, someone very important. I guess you think so. Advise you?

Really.

Common sense would normally tell you that when you make a transaction the company is not going to hold the funds you gave them for merchandise or service till YOU say its o.k.to de;posit it into their account. You really need a clue.
