I missed my delivery and called all day to reschedule. Only to be told that I have to call the next day to reschedule. The customer service reps for the delivery are very rude. Now, my kids are without a bed until they decide to deliver. I really want my money back. I'm so *** right now. I asked to speak with a manager but she so claims he was gone for the day.

Bel furniture ripoff

I bought a bethroom set, whey put it together and broke it, then I called cust service they said they were going te send a technician to fix it, the technician got to my house a week later and he told me is fixed, he only glue the broken part but, still loose, called again and they want to send another technician and I said no I want you replace it, they said is discontinued, Told them give a diferent set or give me my money back, they said we will call you back, is been four weeks and nothing.

Amazing prices!! Will not find anything lower! Great customer service, friendly people and they actually try to help you out. I went to bel with my family and I was expecting to get 1 item but because of their amazing prices and great deals on their financing I decided to furnish my whole house. I recommend people going to bel if you want great merchandise but affordable. When I received my merchandise a week later I was surprised it came in so fast and it looks great in my house. It was a little scratch on my table set I spoke to bel and they sent a new one in just 3 days. Love my furniture

Very happy with the bed set I purchased a month ago. Went Into their store after looking at their website, and they had a hugeee selection. Since they ha a sale for their bed and mattress I decided to get a mattress with them also. The salesperson helped us out choosing the perfect mattress for me. About a week later thy called and said my bed is here but my mattress is not here yet the manager offered me a loaner mattress so we can have our bed delivered. They delivered us the loaner and the bed and 3 days later they came and exchanged my mattress from the loaner. Although everything did not come at the same time, they took care of me by the loaner. Very pleased with this company and I'll be going back

Arrived Broken, 3 month's no replacement

It is currently January 5, 2015 and I am still waiting to receive the furniture I purchased on October 8, 2014. They gave us an "approximate" date of delivery of 10/20/14. On this date we received no call, no confirmation, nothing from Bel's until I decided to call at 1 pm. They informed us that they had changed the date to 10/29/14. Very inconvenient since we took a day off of work to wait for the items. So, I press them and they are able to find some people to bring the furniture...at 10 pm. Wanting a bed to sleep in we agree. 2 delivery men arrive late and deliver half of the items because they couldn't find the other piece. They quickly assemble the pieces and leave. After inspection of the entertainment system the drawer doesn't open. The main piece of the entertainment system has a hand print finished into the wood. The bedroom set has two nightstands and both of them have holes drilled with 3 inch screws through the back of them to the front exposing said screws. We call them the next day and inform them of the defects and they stated they would send a crew out to fix them next week. They did so and the worker they sent informed us the left entertainment system had been improperly installed by putting the drawer track in backwards and shoving the drawer in. He used some chemicals on the main entertainment system to remove the hand print and if it wasn't gone by tomorrow to call and they would have to replace it. The the upstairs nights stands he stated that they would just have to replace it. We called the next day because nothing had changed in the hand print. Week after week we called and they give us the same answers, we're waiting, the items are on back order until finally I get sick of calling and go back to the store. I speak with Customer Relation Manager Tiffany, Lough (Loof?), Denise, and finally the Store Manager Ray. Turns out the items I am waiting on aren't even made anymore and they didn't know that until I came to the store. The Store Manager offer's me a hundred dollars for my trouble. To clarify, I spend $4,400 at this store and received 4 out of 12 items broken and he offer's me $100. Not accepting that for receiving four broken items and months of aggravation I call their corporate number and speak with Achmed and have a long conversation on what is going on. He explains they can't do more than a hundred and then looks into the specific items I am needing. He checks some "secret" warehouse, not sure where this one is located or how its not on their main inventory but he finds the items I needed replaced. So we schedule delivery. They are to arrive December 29, 2014. Tiffany calls and says she wants to inspect the items first to make sure they aren't damaged. She calls back and informs us that the front doors of the entertainment center are scratched and the nightstands haven't arrived yet. She offers when they come out to replace the doors of their entertainment system with our entertainment center. I agree and we set January 3, 2015 as our delivery date. That date comes and goes. We call on January 5 2015 and speak with Lough (Loof?) and she only knows of the 2 pieces. Nothing on the nightstands. At this point we're just out of patience and sick of dealing with this incompetent company and its employees.

I had a very similar experience with Bels Furniture. We purchased a bedroom set the day after Thanksgiving and were told that our purchase would arrive in 7-10 business days.

This was the first lie. A couple weeks go by and i hear nothing from Bels so i call them only to be told that my furniture is not scheduled for delivery until 12/28. I ask to speak with a manager who tells me that they can deliver our bedroom set on 12/22. My furniture gets here and it is all scratched and dented.

The tv stand has a broken leg and the delivery guys dont even have the hardware or all the parts to put the bed together. I call the store again and speak to Ray the manager and he assures me that he will order new furniture and it will be perfect and he will even give me a credit for free delivery if i choose to do business with them again. 2nd lie. He says he will send someone out with all the hardware to at least put the bed together.

Christmas eve someone comes and puts the bed together, i leave to visit family for the day, come home and my bed has fallen apart. I again call the store and Ray is not available. Fast forward to today. My replacement bedset is delivered but again they do not have the hardware to put it together and apparently the tv stand is no longer available.

I call and ask for Rey who is conveniently unavailable. So the cs rep says they can refund my deliver fee.

Big deal!! This place is a joke and i will never do business with them again..i was told that someone would come back to my home with all the hardware for the bed tonight but it is almost 10pm and no one is here yet!

I am a very unhappy customer!! I'm not a person to complain but this as far has been the worst customer service ever!!..

I went and bought a bed set which I was hoping to take it home the same day but was told that they didn't have anything in stock that it needed to be ordered and that I would only take 2 WEEKS which in the beginning I wasn't ok with it so I was about to walk out but I really fell in love with the bed and said why not I can wait.. I sign all paper work the sales man says wait for someone to call u so u can pay and totally disappeared. They called me and I payed in FULL!! I was walking out and no sales man no thank u's nothing at all I should of know my troubles were about to start there..

I was moving out so I decided to just trow my old bed away and that it wouldn't be a big deal to sleep on a mattress with my 2 year old for "2 weeks". After 2 weeks I called and the agent that picked up said "sorry it takes 2-3 weeks so if not this week next week" I explained I was told 2 weeks but ok I'll be patient.. 3rd week comes and I called they tell me sorry order takes 2-6 weeks. Now that's when I got upset why are 3 different people telling me 3 different things it's ridiculous!!

They expect me to let my 2 yr old sleep on the floor for 3 more weeks and be ok with it??! Noo!! I was super mad I asked to speak to a manager and they said they would send a message to the Manager which I seriously didn't see how that was going to help me couldn't even get that!! I asked for a FULL refund for being lied to!!

They told me I would have to pay a deductible I refuse to give these people any more of my money!! So I will just have to be patient and wait for it but I will never go back to this place again it's just horrible overall!!

I'm a local person and I'll be sure to tell all of my family members to never go there!! Im Soooooo unpleased and upset at the fact that no one is whiling to take actions for their lies

I just bought a three piece living room leather set from Bel furniture in February and in march the set is showing discoloration..and I took out a warranty out on the furniture when I bought it ..Bel wants to send someone out to patch it up rather than replace the almost practically new furniture.. Shame on you Bel..treat your customers right..fair..and keep in mind Karma is a Mother.

I wanted to stop by and share my experience with bel, overall I didn't have any big issues with their furniture. I had my furniture for almost a year now and we accidently scratched the leather and even tho it's been a year they still took care of me. I need a new bed set soon I'll definately be going to this store again.

I live on the North Side and my wife went to the bell store off Richey and 45 FWY. She purchased a table that was displayed on the floor. The sales person told her that they didn't have it there at that store they have it at their West Park store and it will have to be delivered. The extra cost for delivery was $60. My wife asked if it could be transported to this store. The sales person told her that they don't transport from one store to the other.So I had to drive across town to that location to pick up my table. Knowing that they didn't have it at the store at 45 I thought that they were forcing me to pay for delivery. I called the manager and I told him that I didn't think that that was right to force me to pay for delivery. He said that is the way they do business and I told him that I will never make a purchase there again. The next week I went to a furniture outlet down the street and they made it convenient for me and had their furniture delivered their at that store from another location for me to pick up. The *** with Bell furniture, they don't give a *** about their customers.

I am very disappointed with bell's furniture. I purchased a BR set, dining table and sofa. It was delivered late and my couch was left behind. I had to go to store twice and ask where is my couch. They were rude and said we will to find it, they did have it and was delivered 4 days later. I had also noticed a damaged leg on Chester drawer. I went to report it and they said it was not suppose to have been sent....so they picked it up after telling them I had asked for it to be included. They said no, we need it or it would be charged into my acct. I said pick it up and they did within 20 min. They won't deliver ASAP but they will pick up asap. I'll never step foot at Bells ever again!

I bought a Sectional livingroom set on black Friday 2014. Spent approx 2-3 hrs. At their San Antonio Store. Paid about $2300. This was Christmas gift for my wife. They said it would be two to Three weeks before delivery. Due to holiday schedule, it sounded reasonable to me to wait that long. Three weeks later, they contacted me to confirm delivery for the 23rd of Dec 2014. On the 22nd of December 2014 about 8pm, They contacted me again but this time to inform me that the living room set that I bougth is sold out and that I have a choice; go to the store and select another one or get a refund. I spoke to the store operations mgr "Ray" and he offered me the floor model at a $60 discount. You been warned. Go head, give em your business. I still not sure how this is going to unfold but rest assure that if I am not satisfied I will be contacting my attorney and I will Post a follow up to this complaint on www.ripoffreport.com.
